Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made and personalised products

Handmade by Matima products are made exclusively to your individual specifications or tailored to your personal requirements.

Under Section 312g(2), no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by your individual choice or decision, or that are clearly tailored to your personal requirements.

This applies to my keepsakes made individually to your specifications and my personalised products, insofar as they meet these conditions.

Statutory rights in the event of defects

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects.

If a delivered product is defective, you have the statutory rights in the event of defects. These also apply to custom-made and personalised products.
