Memory blanket, cushion or teddy: which is right for your clothes?
There is no right amount of memories. Whether you have one favourite T-shirt or a whole box of baby clothes, your preferred shape and the usable fabric will help you choose.

A blanket for many memories
A memory blanket has room for many different pieces of clothing. It is a lovely choice if you want to bring patterns and designs together in something you can snuggle up with every day. Choose a size that suits the amount of fabric you have.
A cushion for a familiar spot
A memory cushion usually needs fewer clothes than a blanket. It can take pride of place on your sofa or armchair. At Matima, you can choose a filled cushion or a zipped cover without filling; both cost the same in your chosen size.
A teddy or bunny made from special fabrics
A teddy or bunny gives your clothes a new shape. The pattern pieces are smaller than those for a blanket, so large prints, pictures and logos are not suitable. The teddy is approximately 45 cm tall. You can discuss the suitability of your fabrics with Saskia.
Clothes belonging to someone you love
You decide whether and when you would like your clothes transformed. Asking a question does not commit you to sending anything. Mark any clothes that are especially important to you and discuss any uncertain materials first. Clothes that are not needed will be returned intact.
